Just a quick update on my Dr Pepper situation. I have had a few people ask. I won't be updating daily because, if this becomes a life habit, you will be very bored....or more bored...or very much more border....by this blog, than normal.
It is no longer a situation. I haven't had one yet. I'm not cutting out forever, but I would like it to seem a bit TOO sweet when I finally cave.
The headaches are past. I have a sweet tea from Chick-fil-A about every 2 days. I am drinking a lot more water and even more milk.
I don't feel totally "awesome" and I didn't lose enough weight to see a difference. It's more mental, I guess. And I KNOW it's healthier.
Thank goodness...otherwise, what the heck am I doing this for?
I think I'll pop the top of a Dublin and mull that thought over a bit. ;)

Hang in there girl!! I am, actually, a diet Dr. Pepper drinker. Although, it is not a daily habit. I just prefer it over other sodas.
I am glad to headaches are over.
