My blogger friend, Lisa, started this carnival. SO FUN! You need to join us!
This is another winner.....I hope I haven't posted it already.
ENJOY!
CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
Ingredients:
1 pkg spaghetti (16 oz)
1 chicken (cooked and deboned)
sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
1 green, bell pepper, diced
1 pound Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 small can of milk
1 can Rotel
Cut your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare spaghetti according to directions.
Meanwhile, saute your onion and bell pepper in butter until soften...but not browned.
Add Velveeta, milk and Rotel. Stir until smooth and completely melted. (Continue to stir as the milk can easily scorch.)
When sauce is smooth, add the chicken. Mix well.
Mix sauce with prepared spaghetti. You can serve this from stove-top or put into a baking dish and brown a bit of cheddar over the top.
SLAP YOUR MOMMA!!!
*this does not freeze well, as the Velveeta breaks down.
