Today's recipe is another easy and tasty one. This is good for picnics and other events where finger foods are required.
HOT HAMBURGER SANDWICHES
1 pound ground beef
Miracle Whip
Jalapeno Relish (or finely chopped, pickled jalapenos)
Hawaiian rolls
Brown the beef. Drain well.
With the beef, mix enough Miracle Whip to make a sandwich spread....but take care not to use TOO much....just until meat sticks together.)
Add jalapenos to taste.
Split rolls horizontally, into thirds.
Spread meat mixture on a slice and top with another (yielding 3 sandwiches for every 2 rolls)
That's it....couldn't be easier ;)

Yum. I love the idea of the JalapeƱo relish and good 'ole Miracle Whip. Woo hoo.
Comfort food for sure!
Also...you would appreciate this... last night at church we had Christmas in August. We decorated our choir room and everyone wore their Christmas best and we listened to the music we will be learning for our big Christmas performance in December. It got me all in the mood!
